Stacy has enjoyed cooking food since she was 10 years old. She got her start in the Hospitality Industry at Nepenthe Restaurant in Big Sur, before moving to SF where she landed a job at The Fog City Diner. She decided to expanded her skills and follow a Chef to work at his Ristorante All'Aperto in Florence, Italy before returning home to fulfill her dream of working at The Fairmont Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton. Now you can find her cooking and baking for a variety of clients.
